I could not be happier with Donna. She was amazing. Walked us through every step of getting our house and was on top of everything. Quickly responded to any questions we had. Also all of her recommendations for other vendors to use during the process were great as well. If you are looking for a realtor you are not going to find one better than Donna. She is amazing.

As first time home buyers, we were a bit indecisive. Donna was incredibly patient with us and made house hunting and walkthroughs fun! She really helped us understand what was important to look for and was incredibly knowledgeable.

Donna was extraordinary in all aspects of the home buying including the tough love that we needed. You know when you are watching HGTV and you say "you can't believe that person doesn't like anything?" I was that person. But it didn't matter to Donna. She treated me no differently and let me come to the realization that I was the problem. We are now almost a year in our home and it is amazing. Donna laid out the process for us, kept in constant communication, and negotiated for US, the buyer. Her patience and skill are a rare trait in the industry (fired one and heard of horror stories) so I cannot recommend Donna enough!

Donna Volpe was chosen as our realtor after vetting 8 other realtors to sell our New York home. She came completely prepared with home comps in the area and an impressive portfolio. Donna is the consummate professional. I was pleased that she led us through every aspect of the sales process including inspection, contract negotiations, communication with our New York attorney, coordination with our realtor for our new home in another state and aggressively pursuing a mutual closing date on our home that was both complicated and had extremely sensitive time constraints. I highly recommend Donna Volpe.

Donna helped me view properties that were within my price range and offered guidance every step of the way. She was extremely responsive at all hours of the day. We viewed several properties and were on the same page with the ones that weren't the right fit. The first one that was the right fit we ended up negotiating with the Seller and agreeing on price on the very same day I viewed it! I've lived there for 7+ months now and couldn't be happier with how everything ended up. She helped me find a trusted Broker that was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Donna was incredible throughout the entire home buying process. She is extremely accessible whether it was 9pm on a Sunday night or 8am on a Tuesday morning, she responded right away to every question and concern I had. If she didn't know the answer off the top of her head (and most of the time she did.), she would contact whoever she had to contact to get the answers. She truly loves the work she does and it came across loud and clear in the effort she put forth to help me find a home. Donna provided honest answers and useful information every step of the way. This was my first home and I could tell she had my best interests in mind from the very first phone conversation, before we met in person. She provided step by step guidance that made the entire process painless. It was an absolute pleasure working with Donna and I would recommend her to anyone. I have no doubt you will agree, she is one of the best!

Donna was a wonderful asset to my wife and I while we were searching for our first home. She did a lot of behind the scenes leg work in order to help us close before the new year, and we definitely could not have done it without her. There were a lot of unforeseen issues that came up, but we always felt secure because we had Donna in our corner! I was a first time home buyer; not a lot of knowledge on how everything worked. Despite my mortgage company having some "communication issues" Donna was always there to assist me; she went way out of her way to help me and I could not have gotten through to the end without her!! I got my place because of her and would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
